We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). If your delivery address is a remote part of the UK, e.g. Highlands & Islands, please allow an extra day if using our standard UK service.


For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Standard UK - Royal Mail 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt during our working week (Monday to Friday). 

Please note however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch Standard UK parcels within this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.

 


Next day UK
(No Saturday deliveries) 

Next Day UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, which guarantees next day delivery before 2pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays) for orders placed by 4pm.

  

A signature will be required upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left for you advising details of where your parcel can be collected.


Please note, the cut off point for this service is 4pm, therefore, orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day (Monday to Friday). Next day UK deliveries placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

 

FEDEX UK

This 1 - 3 day service is provided by FedEx UK which is an integral part of the FedEx Express network, the world’s largest express transportation network, dedicated to providing you with a fast, reliable service with the highest levels of customer care.

 

A signature will be required upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left for you advising details or re-arranging delivery or collection from a local depot.

 

 

Orders over £60

*All orders where the value of items in your order is £60 and over now automatically qualify for free delivery with Royal Mail's 1st Class Service. This offer applies to UK addresses only.

The minimum order value to qualify for the free delivery offer may vary for promotional code offers.

Please note the following

  • Orders placed during our working week will usually be processed and dispatched with 48 hours of receipt. During very busy periods, however, order dispatch may be delayed.
  • Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Standard delivery or Next day UK deliveries placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
  • Our Next Day Delivery service requires a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
  • You may, during the ‘checkout’ process, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you (provided the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement).
  • Please ensure that your delivery address in correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
  • We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery.
  • If any product is not available we will inform you and if delayed by more than seven days we will give you the option to change your order.
  • We regret that we cannot change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
  • All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
  • We do not take responsibility for delays once items have left our warehouse.
  • Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
  • We do not take responsibility for a parcel in the event that it is opened or tampered with by a third party during transit.

Standard European Airmail Service
Royal Mail aims to deliver within 7 - 14 working days of dispatch (although this is not guaranteed). Please allow a slightly longer delivery time to destinations within Eastern Europe.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week (Monday to Friday). 

Please note however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch Standard European parcels within this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.


 

European Sign-For Service

Royal Mail and FedEx aim to deliver within 4-6 working days of dispatch to Europe with this service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week (Monday to Friday). 

Please note however, that during very busy periods it may not always be possible for us to dispatch European Sign For parcels in this timeframe and that occasionally delays may occur.

 

*We highly recommend this service for deliveries to Turkey.

  

Orders over £40

**All European orders where the value of your goods is £40 and over, automatically qualify for our upgraded European Sign-For Service for the same price as our Standard European Airmail Service.

 

 

During very busy periods it may not always be possible to dispatch parcels on the day that the order is placed.


Please note the following:

  • Please ensure that your delivery address in correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility of the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
  • You will pay the amount shown in GB Pounds Sterling
  • This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card
  • Any additional charges made by your card provider are your responsibility
  • UNII Cosmetics Europe prices include VAT at the UK rate which you must pay
  • There will be no additional import or tax charges for deliveries within the EU
  • International orders outside the EU may incur a customs fee which you are responsible for. These charges are levied by your country's customs department, we do not know what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs prior to placing your order. IMPORTANT - your goods are shipped from the UK so the customs form will be showing in £GBP so please check the value before submitting your order.
  • We do not take responsibility for a parcel in the event that it is opened or tampered with by a third party during transit.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the cost of the product within 14 working days from delivery. This is provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with the details of your order. If, in the unlikely event, the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by email at sales@uniicosmetics.co.uk or by calling our Customer Service Team on 0845 678 8818 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm).

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. The original delivery charge will be non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free of charge at the post office.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund, replacement or exchange will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Please note that only products purchased through www.uniicosmetics.co.uk will be accepted for return.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


Order cancellation or amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please call our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 0845 678 8818 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) as we will not be able to cancel  or amend your order once it has been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel it you may do so by following ‘The Returns Procedure (below) and return the items to us within 14 days. We can only refund the cost of the item once we have received it back from you. The original delivery charge will be non-refundable.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.

Refunds
If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (excluding the original delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery. (See ‘The Returns Procedure’ below)

All Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.


Damaged or faulty goods / incorrect order
If you are returning goods owing to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery we will replace them or refund you the price you paid for your goods in full, inclusive of the original postage charge. (Please follow ‘Returns Procedure’ below)
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via Royal Mail standard delivery (see our Delivery Policy).

The Returns Procedure

STEP 1. – Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Or Cancel Your Order

Notification of your intention to cancel your order / return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by either calling our Customer Service Team on 0845 678 8818 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) or by emailing us at sales@uniicosmetics.co.uk with your order details.

STEP 2. – Completing The Returns Form
On notification of your intention to return, a member of our Customer Service Team will email our Returns Form to you. You should then print out this form and complete it before returning it to us inside the return package. (If you do not have access to a printer, you may write down the details required on the form on a piece of paper instead).

STEP 3. – Returning The Goods
Goods should be returned to us in suitable protective packaging. All non-faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive 'as new' without any damage to the product or product packaging. Faulty goods should be returned in original, undamaged packaging where possible. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have enclosed the completed Returns Form (see Steps 1 and 2 above).

You should retain the proof of posting receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

STEP 4. – Processing The Refund
We will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days. You will receive email notification of your refund from our payment-processing partner SagePay.


 

How to Shop


Shopping on the UNII website is so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case!

1. On the UNII website you choose how to shop - for those who simply love browsing you can wonder around at your leisure. From anywhere on the site choose 'SHOP' (visible on the menu bar at the top of each page).

2. Simply roll the mouse across the colour swatch of the product you are interested in, click, and watch the picture of the product to the left change to reflect your choice.

3. Once you have found a product that you want, simply click the ‘add to basket’ button next to that product and it will be added to your shopping bag.

4. As you shop your ‘shopping bag’ will update automatically with your chosen items. Next to the ‘shopping bag’ button (top right) will be displayed the number of items in the bag and the total value of those items. To view the contents of your bag in detail, just click on the ‘shopping bag’ button where your items will be listed along with their individual and total price. Here you can either leave your shopping as it is, change the quantity or remove it. To change the quantity, simply add the number you want into the quantity box, click anywhere else on the page and the quantity will update.

5.
If you have finished shopping simply choose a delivery option from the dropdown menu. Choose the delivery based on which country you are sending the parcel to. The options for UK are (UK standard, Fedex or Next Day delivery) The options for Europe are standard European or International Sign for delivery). If you have a coupon code, enter it into the designated box (don't forget the click the 'apply' button) and then click ‘go to checkout’- you won't be committed to purchase your order until you enter your personal credit/debit card details and confirm your order. If at anytime you want to review your shopping bag click on the "back" button on your browser.

6. 'Checkout' is just like a till in a real shop: its here that you pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you giving us your contact details, the delivery address and your credit/debit card details. If you have chosen the European delivery option, you will be shown a drop-down menu of European countries to select from to complete your address details. (If the country you wish to deliver to is not available, please contact us).

7. As you go through the checkout simply follow the on-screen instructions. Complete your invoice, delivery and payment details. Your transactions will be processed in a completely secure environment and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
